Lol... An update after 4 months.... Firstly, I don't think there are anymore readers for my blog. I don't care much about it.. It's for my memories which I want to remember it always.

Cool. Having my holidays. Staying at home relaxing before my 2nd year degree starts. When people are working, I'm sleeping and when people are sleeping, I "work". :D

I sure miss my uni friends and my melaka friends. It may be weird missing my melaka friends since I'm in melaka. Well, the reason is I'm staying in my room 24 hours in front of my beloved laptop and my friends have left melaka to further their studies. Oh well, that's life for me.... Just received the news that my cousin is going to the same university as me. Should I be sad or happy??? Maybe happy...

80th post for my blog.... not really proud of it... cause it took me 1 year plus to get me this far. But I'm still happy. :D

Yesterday which was Friday. I didn't go back home. So what to do?

This conversation happened on Tuesday if not mistaken....

Me : Eh, friday what to do ah??? So boring and sien....

Wei Ping : Lets go sunway.... Ice Skating....

So, yesterday went sunway pyramid the whole day... Had lots of fun but tired. XD

What we did??? Had lunch in Manhattan Fish Market. 1st time i was not able to finish my food in manhattan.... Maybe i had breakfast. IDK....

Choco Milk Shake!!!! Nice!!!

After lunch, was about 2pm. So we went skating.... TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! BUT BUT BUT!!! TOTAL FUN!!! XD Dropped a few times and skating is not easy lol.... Skate about 3 hours and managed to stand, walk and skate slowly.

Self Made Dinner

Well, 1st of all... my semester 1 and my exams are over!!!! WEEEEE!!!!! NEVER EVER ASK ME ABOUT MY EXAM!!! Now back in Melaka for the weekend and will be going back uni in the evening. Tomorrow will be the start of my 2nd semester. 1st of all, timetable sucks. I can cry when i see my timetable. Everyday I have class and if my lab is on friday that will be so _ _ _ _ up. 6pm on a freaking friday.... 2nd, I would say I got some lecturers I may not want to see them. Oh well, can't change the fact that they are teaching me. Hope I can survive and I promise to study harder this semester hehehe...

Today, my parents asked me whether wanna follow them to Seremban for my uncle's function. What function? I don't know lol.... Straight tell my mum. No way I'm going. I want to be at home and rest.. Its really no point going for the function. I don't know anybody there. Seldom talk to them. So blaaaaa.... So I had to make my own dinner. Would say its a wonderful and delicious dinner.. Cooked "lou shu fan" a.k.a rat tail noodles. That English name is from google and sounds eeewww lol... Cooked some meat with the "lou shu fan". Kinda tasty yummy. Too bad i forgotten to get a pic of my dinner XD.

After dinner.... What I did? Hhhmmm.... Was actually doing nothing lol..... Wanted to play online game but all my friends left the server without telling me.. So watch old anime... After watching 2 episodes, felt very boring. So no choice, online game.. It came out too be a WOOOHHOOOO!!!!! Some old gamers came online. So decided to have to chit chat and some wars ehehhe.... Actually was losing when 3 allies killing 1/3 of my ally. And so, backup came... PAWN ALL!!! RAWR!!! 1 ally kill 3 ally. There was like 20+ people and we have only around 15 people. Lots of EXCITEMENT!!! Played till my hands were shivering... Had never experienced this for almost half a year in the game... It will be memorable game for me.... ^^

Oh well, that's all for now i think... Can't remember anything else to write about. Wanted to write about studying with my friends in the library... But nah... Trying to forget about my exams.... Till the next post babies... Hope I can survive from my 4 hours lecture(same subject) on Monday. Bye bye and good night.

Sudden Post

Well i know i have not been updating this "dead" blog for few months since 2009 XD. Maybe didn't have the mood to blog. Now, i have the mood to blog XD. Been studying everyday and feel very boring. Nothing much happen to me actually. Very busy with my project, exams of course and last but not least my club. I became the president for UNMC IET(Institution of Engineering and Technology) Student Chapter. Have to plan and organize events.

Today have been a tiring day for me. Slept at 3am and woke up at 9am to get back to uni for exams. The reason that i slept late is because it was my last day to play online game for January haha. Can't play in uni because the internet sucks and they blocked it.

On my way back, was surprised that there was a road block on the highway. What is it for? To "saman" drivers who were speeding. Few police cars and trucks. They sure deserve the samans ^^.

Besides that, today i learnt something. I don't know it is right or wrong. Got my coursework marks. The people who think so much to solve the questions for the coursework got low marks and the one who don't think so hard to solve them get high marks. I was like WTF? All I can say now is the past is the past and think about the future.

Oh ya. New year. Nothing much about it and celebrate with my family in KL.

Nothing else I wana blog about. This will be my only post for January. Will be very busy studying. Having exams from 11th January till 22th January. ZZZZZZzzzzzz. And my 2nd sem start on 25th January. Thats the worst part.

Back to studies. :( Till the next post. Hope I get good marks and 1st class honour for my exams.

Back In Action!

Well i know i have not been updating this "lovely" blog for 4 months or maybe more or less. I have been playing Lineage 2 and somehow got addicted to it lol... Well now back in degree life... No more lineage 2 for me and more time for blogging lol... Well 1st week of degree just passed and its kinda cool still.... Just love my cool timetable... Kinda relaxing.... Almost everyday finishes class at 2pm except for friday at 11am XD Not much homework yet but still have to do some research on some tutorials... Oh ya kinda lots of new students and few friends in my course (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) *Loves my friends who boost me up and helped me* Made new friends and about lecturers... Found out something amazing about lecturers but not gonna say it here lol (Sensitive Issue) All i can say is some lecturers are kinda good and some are kinda boring... For now i think the best lecturer is my most important subject for my degree lol.. Nothing much i could say anymore... Just that hope i will have more fun in degree to reduce my stress in the future.. Hope uni friends and melaka friends are still in good condition... 1 thing before I end this post. Degree is so different from foundation!!! I admit that.. Till the next post. See ya!

Hi i know i had not been updating for weeks.... So i decided to update...

22/5/09

5.00pm sharp.... My exam ends but the last paper was a killing paper.... Don't want to talk much about it hahaha..... 4 months holiday wooohooo!!!! So me and my friends decided to go mid valley to relax and have our dinner... This journey was 1 of the funniest journey i ever had... There is about 10 people including me. My friends - wei ping, wei jian, chi jin, billy, and others... Too many... So billy drove there with his avansa... Started our journey at about 6.00pm.. Reached about 7.00pm.. KL people are like damn rich.... Everyday mid v will be full with people. However it was our lucky day to be able to find a parking space.. Everyone was quite hungry so we decided to eat in Chili's. The bill came to rm370 lol.... After our dinner, we walk around mid v for about 20 minutes. Some of my friends wanted to watch movie and some wanted to go back..... So me and some of them went back uni... We left mid v at about 9.30 and reached uni at 11.00pm LOL..... my friend took the wong road to go back to uni.... we reached 1 utama from mid v and we made a big round back to mid v lol.... then he entered the wrong road again and went to bandar tasik selatan lol.... at last we were able to get back to kajang with half bar of petrol available lol..... However, we was like laughing all the way in the car... Was really damn nice.... found a petrol station... then at last we reached uni.... We decided to play dota.... So started our dota life at about 11.00pm... Played all the way till 4.30am... Non-stop.... hahaha..... was really fun playing dota with them and a lot of laughing especially during fun mode and spongebob run game hahaha.....

Well woke up at 9.00am.... Was very sleepy and tired... Start packing all my stuff... Have to move out from my room.... Didn't had enough time to pack before my parents came.... So my parents helped me to pack all my stuff.... Checked out at about 12.00pm.... The pioneer have to check my room whether i did any damage..... My room was in good condition.... nothing damaged.... So started our journey to seremban to have our lunch.... was a tiring day.... Now I'm back melaka.... for my 4 months holiday woohooo!!!!!

Well, i know you all are thinking what is with 1cm... haha... well I'm going to tell you... i kept my little's fingernails for about 3 months.... and now i broke my record.... now its 1cm long!!! wooohooo..... hahaha... ok i may be crasy and disgusting..... Outing In Melaka

Well on monday.... alex called me to ask me whether i want to go back to our high school... So I agreed. On wednesday we went back to SFI... very proud to be a franciscan hahaha.... went back meet some teachers... went to have a drink in canteen... oh ya forgotten to talk about ong tzong meng who wore short pants and don't dare to go to school hahaha... but he went out with stella in dataran lol.... during visiting, mrs. goh chee peng asked us to donate for the paranthon.... so donated rm5 lol..... waited for hui kit to come.... last minute told us that his evening class cancelled. So after me and alex meet up with hui kit, we went to dataran pahlawan to have our lunch... About 2pm we decided to go watch x-men.... this movie was ok ok only.... not really what i had expected... I'll just rate it 3 out of 5..... since my ticket was just rm6 hahaha.... thats all for now BYE.

I know i have not been updating this blog for ages.... So i decided to update now lol.... Well for the past few weeks i had been very busy with test, assignments and presentation.... That's uni life... Now I'm back in Melaka... Last few days was quite busy too.... My computer was attacked by virus that will make my dekstop turns into windows 95 style.... So have to reformat..... Reinstall all my games which are damn inportant to me hahaha..... And quite happy that i got my hard drive at last.... Buffalo 320gb.... Woohoooo!!!!! Pics later.... Well i got another new laptop to use haha.... Just bought a hp pavillion laptop.... 320gb harddrive, 4gb ram, 512mb nvidia geforce, attracted me to play more games hahaha.... Taking Bus From Uni to Melaka suffers!!!!

Took some of my time to update this blog hehehe.... Well actually me and my friends planned to come back melaka for the weekend. Therefore, we have to take bus from seremban to melaka... The trip from my uni to seremban was ok... The suffering part is taking a bus from terminal 1 to terminal 2. Actually there is a free shuttle bus to go to terminal 2... We waited at the normal place for the bus for about 20 minutes. Then 1 of my friend asked me. Did they change the place to wait for the shuttle bus? So we decided to ask people in termianl 1. Then a guy told us to go to platform 37 for the shuttle bus... so we waited for another 15 minutes and there was no bus. So went to asked transnasional... They told us that its at the same old place. Not at platform 37. I was like what the .......So we went back to the old place. Waited again for 10 minutes... No bus... Suddenly i saw the shuttle bus going to platform 37... I was again wat the ...... So ran to platform 37 and managed to catched the bus... But was really frustrated. Waited 20 minutes for the bus driver to come.... Was again wat the wat the..... Haiz.... Lucky thing we did not miss our bus.... But was quite pissed..

I was and am quite busy with assignments, test and presentation haiz..... Now is more relaxing compared to last 2 weeks... Finished 2 assignments and 3 more to go..... And 2 presentations.... Well, I have to get back studying.. Having my mid year exam for a subject next wednesday... Wish me luck!!! thats all... see ya and gd nite...

An outing before back to HELL!

Well.... nothing much.... Was back in Melaka.... So decided to spend some time going out with my high school friends.... Went ong kim wee satay celup to have our dinner.. Me, Loo Han, Teck Peng, Soon Heng reached there 1st... waited for about 15 minutes for 2 tables lol... Actually we decided to wait for other friends... But there was a traffic jam and was quite hungry after swimming... So we decided to eat while waiting for them haha.... After that, ester, jia wei, tzong meng, nicholas, sanjiv came... then we continued talking talking and talking lol.. About 8.30pm, alex and marilyn came to join us... Marilyn was driving O.o.... haha... Some of them went back at 9.oopm... So me, loo han, ester, tzong meng, marilyn and alex went Mcd to continue our conversation... Sat marilyn's car O.o.... no comment on her driving... Later she will kill me hahaha..... So we talked talked and talked again.. marilyn fetched me back again.... About 11 i reached home... And was called for Dots.... (Dots=DotA)... Played for1 round.... Won the game... Played COD4.... To ONG TZONG MENG I'm currently level 40 hahaha!!!! AND NOW THE SERIOUS PART... BACK TO WORK... Will not update my blog as usual for another 1 month maybe.... I don't update my blog because i have some reasons... U can try comin gto my uni and u will suffer the same thing.... Well i know i have abandon my blog for quite some time.... So, I'm updating now... Well.. i have nothing much to say... Just that about 5 assignments was given to me.... Total busy... haiz.... And having hard time to understand some of the lectures... Hope i could really score well in the next exam...

Yesterday, I was back melaka for the scout orientation camp in my high school... Went back for the night hike.. Although it was not really successful, I really miss the old days with all the fun in camps... Really hope that time could be reversed. After that, went McD to talk with my juniors... Talk, talk, talk... until 4am... I was like OMG. So late... 1st time.....

Another thing... I would like to take this time to wish Lem Wey Guan Happy Bday.. This poem is for you...

What A Week!

Well last weekend there is nothing much. Just playing games and celebrated bday for Hui Kit... Here is some pics of him...

Actually Alex called quite a number of people and dunno why so many are unavailable. So its kinda small party... Last minute call lol.... Me, alex, han seng, michelle, wei di... Thats all.... So we talk talk talk and talk in Asian havana... Then went mamak in kota laksamana... Than talk talk talk lol... About 2am reached home....

On mon which was thaipusam and chap goh meh, I have to get back to my uni life... Took a bus back to seremban... Now its very troublesome... The bus now stops at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1.. When I reached terminal 2, I have to wait for the bus to go terminal 1... Boring!! Then, have to walk about 5 minutes walk from terminal 1 to KTM station... Was quite hactic... However, something attracted my attention... On my way to terminal 1, a bunch of people protested in front of Terminal 1... Too bad I could not take any pic of it... I was quite far from them... Can't hear what are they shouting lol... All i know is they are wearing yellow cloth over their head and shouting... When I see them, I dunno why i laughed lol.... Sry if I offended anybody...

On tuesday, it was a "GREAT" start for the week.. Went for the first class of the week... No electricity.... Lucky my class have not started... When my class start, there is electricity... YES!!! THERE'S LIGHT!!! Next thing i was like OMG!!! NO AIR-COND!!! AHHH!!! It was freaking hot without the air-cond... Imagine the corridor's air-cond is working but the class's air-cond is not working... Outside was a hot and sunny day too... Could hardly survive inside there.... At last managed to survive for 2 hours... After quickly ran to an air-cond place to cool myself down lol....

Reunion Dinner & Visiting

Well, my journey started at 9.00am. Went to han seng's house to gather with other mates for the visiting activity lol consisting of me, han seng, michelle, alex, chun yian, han way, wei di, hui kit, wong, khuan yew, jia wei, isaac chin, yeong sheng.

Went Pn. Chong nen see's house, Mr. Lee Ban Chuan, Mr. Y2K (Yong), Pn. Juliet.. And not forgetting Marilyn's house haha. With her new Myvi.. Thnx for the offer for the ride haha...

Well, the visiting lasted until about 4.00pm. Went back took a nap and ky fetched me to han seng's house to go dp for the reunion dinner..

7.30pm was the reunion dinner at le garden... Had a lot of funs... Meeting with my old friends.. Nice gathering and thnx Hou ket for organising this wonderful gathering for us...Cheers... So all we do is eat eat eat and talk talk talk...

10.00pm Tzong meng fetched me back.. And they(nic, lem, jude, loo han, kee chia meng, isaac pang, tzong meng, jia wei) suggested to go cc... went utopia, its closed =.=
So we went a cc in bukit cina... Played for 1 hour.. Then, went back home continue dota haha....

Well thats all for now... AHHHH Going back uni later.... Haiz...

Well I'm back melaka for 2 weeks!!! Ready for Dota and CNY.... So call me for DOTA... Don't leave me behind haha....

What A Day

Last Thursday I went back my university for my finals.... On my way back, it was a disaster... Haiz.... We did not see a motor coming... And there goes... BANG!!!! The motorist which was an old malay man flew in front of our car... Well of course we quickly came down of the car and take a look at the old man.... Lucky no one was hurt... Only the motor and car was badly hurt....

After that it was like a LOL!!!! A few malay motorist which was believed to be related to the old man came.... A few cars came too lol.... So me and wei ping followed the old man's godson to the hospital... SERDANG HOSPITAL... I'll never forget this GOOD hospital... It was an emergency and they took their own sweet time... Even taking a number to see the doctor took about 10 minutes.. What the Hell!!!!! Well we was actually quite happy with the number... We got 1044 and the current number was 1041... By then it was already 5.00pm .. So we continued waiting... The number went to 1042(5.20pm)... Wee... Was so happy... Suddenly the number jumped backwards.. It went back 1041(5.40pm).. Me and wei ping was like WTF!! We continued waiting.. it went 1042 (6.00pm) again... =.=

So we was thinking it will not jump again... after the 1042 patient came out, it jumped to 1045 (7.00pm).. I was really pissed about it.... So I tried to cool my self down... After 1045, jumped to 2089(7.50pm).. Was really pissed and have not eaten anything for dinner except for a 60sen bread... We was like sitting down doing nothing... Watching "qualities" in old naruto.... And at last (8.30pm) 1044... I was like YES!!! ITS OUR TURN!!! So the old man and his god son went in..... After the god son came out... he told us that the old man got a minor bone fracture... 10.00pm went back uni to get our dinner or maybe we should call supper... LOL... What a good experiece and blessing in disguise.. Well the past is the past... And 1 paper down and 2 more to go!!!! All down... MERDEKA!!! WOOHHHOOOO!!!

Weee!!!! I'm back and I'm in melaka!!! haha!!! Well, two weeks before this were hectic but I enjoyed a lot.... I went to a temple... Not to pray but sight seeing.... It was quite big and nice... Well at last, my caterer for my cafeteria has changed wooohhhhoooooo!!!!! Its cheaper now and better food now.... Do not have to struggle with the same old food again. My new cafeteria was quite surprising lol.... It looks like a food court more than a cafeteria lol..... There's a lot of stalls and a variety of food.....

There was a Deeparaya celebration in my university.... So my frenz went to draw some tattoo for the celebration...

I know I've not been updating my blog for a period of time.... So I'm doing it rite now....

Yesterday me, alex, loo han and huikit decided to visit our favourite school, SFI... lol...

Talked to many teachers and keep tallking only.... Suddenly saw Mr. Tay our History teacher... Then start talking again... he treated us a meal.... Then saw Bro. Micheal.... Then talk talk talk again......

Then went to MHS to find for my frenz..... That loo han thought their recess was at 11 but it came out to be 10.20.... Loo han u shud be responsible for this lol..... Luckily they haven't started their class... talked to them a while.... visited my old class, alpha then went beta..... Then saw Mr. Khoo.... He forgotten bout me sob sob......

Then we went back to SFI... lol..... went to my old scout den which is yellow in colour now...EEEEEEeeeeewwwwwwwww.... then look around the scout den and came Mr tay again.... Then we keep chatting again..... Then troop camp is near... Its on 19 - 22nd November.... Loo Han how can you forget about this.....Then juniors are hoping that we can go and Mr. Yong requested us to organize a camp.... hope our x-scouts can help.....

Called nicholas and we went to our main headquarters which was the Kong Wah shop in Dataran Pahlawan to meet up with Nic, lem n phillip.....

Went MP Pizza Hut to have our lunch..... Then suddenly Nick and alex wanted to compete whether starbucks or coffee bean nicer n cheaper.... So Nick went coffee bean and Alex went Starbucks.... Don't ask me for the result.... I dunno lol.... Went back DP to check out a new karaoke, Dreambox... Quite expensive.... So we finally went to Jetty to sing some gila songs there.....

Hey i know i have been idle from my blog for a while.... Was quite busy with works and other stuff... I had quite a great weekend with lots of work.... Well yesterday we went to my lecturer's room, Mr. Chiang to give him a birthday cake.... A few of us went to his room to ask some questions regarding properties of materials..... After that, the rest of my friends came up to his room with the cake.... His room was kinda small lol.... So its quite pack lol..... We sang a birthday song for him... He had to rush to go out for his lunch with Mr. Lim, my Mechanics lecturer and Dr. Khiew, my Light, Waves and Electron lecturer. So we left after he blew the candle.... He was the first lecturer to get a birthday cake from us... And don't worry, I will celebrate for other lecturers too if they tell us when is thier birthday... And guess what... Dr. Khiew, my lecturer visited my blog lol..... And to Dr. Khiew, thanks for visiting my blog..... YAY!!!! HOLIDAY FOR ME!!!! SHIT!!!! ASSIGNMENT FOR ME TOO!!!!!

Man, I'm having food crisis..... It is like madness..... The caterer in the canteen jack up the stupid price.... Its like madness..... Imagine from RM4.20 to RM7.00!!!! I was so damn shock!!!!!!! Lucky thing the caterer will be changing soon muahahaha..... I do not have to eat the same old food everyday anymore muahahahaha.... K... Now I'm gonna talk lol.... Well we met at Ong Kim Wee satay celup to have our dinner there. I went there about 6.30pm and I was the first one to reach there. And guess what, the others reached about 7.00pm ish ish lol........ We spent about 2 hours there to have fun eating satay celup. It had been 4 months missing the satay celup.... lol....After satay celup we went pinkberry in dataran pahlawan which was recommended by Khuan Yew.... We ordered some stuff to eat and we sang the birthday song and brought the birthday cake there.... After Pinkberry, some of us decided to go Utopia to play Counter Strike and some went Senyum to play pool. when we reached Utopia they told us that they do not have Counter Strike... It was like aaawww..... So we decided to play dota... we played until 11 smtg and tzong meng fetched me back... thnx tzong meng.... I had a lot of fun and gonna miss u all a lot especially the russian boy, Yangxin... I love you all lol..... Please keep in touch with me lol....... Or not i really gonna bug you lol.... Jking.....

I was quite busy with my stuff.... I'm very sorryfor not updating my blog... Hehehehhe.... Well i jst finished my Malaysian Studies group project and it was a success. We had a lot of fun doing the project.... Our title was about the parliment.... So we decided to do live parliment and called it "Nottingham Live Parliment" lol..... We used the parliment members' name combine with our name.... And guess what... I got Lim Guan Eng and we changed to Hiu Guan Eng lol....And I was the director for the movie.... Hehehehe.....

1st Time Sick in Nottingham

Worse experience in Nottingham for now.....

1 day before my exam : fever + sore throat + cough

Never really study properly.

1 hour before exam : sleeping LOL....

Luckily I can do my exam....

After exam, went back melaka to see specialist..... And the doctor said that I got infection.... T_T

So hope I get well soon and score well in my exam... hahahahaha

Well there's nothing much now.... Today I had my laboratory.... I was a total fool in the laboratory.... I did a few stuff which was very funny. The experiments was quite difficult.... In my report, I have to draw 6 graphs... OMG!!! Then now everyday for lunch and dinner I have to eat mixed rice.... haiz..... You can imagine hows my life in Nottingham.... I sure miss my mum's food hahahha...... I'll be having my exam starting tomorrow... So wish me luck in my exam and I'll not update for bout 2-3 weeks.... Well I stayed in kl for 2 days.... Went to pc fair and ate a few nice food..... But quite expensive..... Went to get my new laptop.... Dell Inspiron 1420.... with 3gb ram, 320gb hard disk, free bluetooth mouse, bag and 1 year free anti virus for 2.8k only... Its so cheap hahahaha..... My laptop will reach within this 2 week..... Hope I'll get my laptop as soon as possible.....

Disaster In TOEFL Exam

Well... it is real that a disaster happened when i want to take my TOEFL exam.... When I reached the test center, a chinese woman told that we need our passport to certify our signature. If no passport, I can't take my exam. I was so scared cause I didn't bring my passport. So i talked to chinese women whether she can let me sit for the exam and I'll bring my passport later. That idiot women keep insisting that I must have my passport to allow me to sit. I quickly call my dad to come and called my sir.... I asked that women to talk to my sir.... I have to BEG her to talk to my sir.... Before my sir finish talking with her, she passed my handphone back to me.... And she do not want to let me to sit for the exam... When my dad come, my dad talked to her and ask her supervisor to come out. Before the supervisor come out, she told me that I can sit for the exam but I WILL NOT GET my score. But, when we talked to her supervisor, her supervisor said that she will write a remark stating that I do not have proper ID and the TOEFL will consider whether to give the score or not. Its 2 different thing. I was so pissed with the chinese lady. Curse her to hell..... So I went to sit for the exam. When I was having my break, she was supposed to tell me that my break was over. She was so arrogant when she call me.... That make me hate her more..... She is exactly like a b***h.... So hope and pray hard that I will get my TOEFL score.... and wish me luck.... Oh ya, the test was quite difficult.... So to people who want to take TOEFL, i advise you to take IELTS rather than TOEFL.... And it will the first and my last time going to the center to take the TOEFL exam....

Arlo everybody... It's been a while I didn't update my blog.

Reason : 1) Kinda busy with my university live. Lots of homework and class.

2) No internet in my room

Okay in this post I'm gonna tell about my life in nottingham.

I'm felt homesick....

1st of all, I'll introduce my new room... hahaha...

1st day

Today got nothing much.....

My first class was Mathematics which is my favourite subject. It was quite fun and some of the topics were the same with the topics in Form 4 & 5. But its much harder. Then I had my english class. I got a woman from england as my lecturer, Miss Ruth. She is good and I like the way she teach and speaks. After my miserable lunch which sux like hell, I went for my "properties of Material" class. The lecturer was a total joker. He keep making jokes and make us laugh. He claimed himself to be the funniest lecturer in Nottingham.

2nd and 3rd day

In the morning, I was free because some of my class have not started. So i go to the library to read newspaper and went to the computer lab to go online. In the computer lab, I met a guy who is studying mechatronics and this year is his last year. He keep shaking his body when he is listening to a song. He was damn funny and his name is andrew. For tuesday, i went for "light,wave & electron class". The lecturer speaks damn loud. I think he is shouting instead of talking. lol.... For wednesday, I was free the whole day. My IT lecturer went missing. So, no class for this week. I also started catering food from outside since the food in the canteen is super "nice". In the wednesday evening, I went to play squash and badminton with my friends. Oh ya, we made 1 of our friend's block as the food hotspot area. Everybody who cater food will go there to collect the food. And some of us will eat and chit chat there.

4th & 5th day

There was nothing new on thursday..... Just had my mecanics class.... And for friday, can say its the worst day ever. I had my malaysian studies and it sucked like hell. The lucky thing is i just have to pass hahaha..... The lecturer let us go late and my friends and I have to run back to our room which is quite far and run back to the campus to catch the university bus to go to the ktm station. Surprisingly, my Uni bus is a SCHOOL BUS!!! What the hell!!!!! Friday was quite a tiring day but I'm still happy. At last 1 week is over and I get to go home... Missed home so much... hahahaha.....

Red wine makes a better life

Scientists have confirmed what many people have known for years -- that drinking red wine leads to a better life, even if that life is not necessarily longer.

A study by the US National Institute of Aging reveals that resveratrol, an anti-oxidant found in red wine, slows age-related deterioration in the heart, bones and eyes of mice fed an otherwise normal diet.

However, it was not found to increase longevity when started at middle age.

The study is a follow-up to research in 2006 that found that resveratrol, found naturally in foods like grapes and nuts, improved the health and increased the life expectancy of overweight, older mice.

The latest results confirm previous studies suggesting that, in mice at least, the compound mimics the effects of calorie reduction, the most effective way found to date to minimize the effects of aging on mammals.

The researchers say the study, which appeared in the July 3 edition of Cell Metabolism, is likely to increase interest in resveratrol as a potential treatment against aging.

But they stress that their research is based only on mice and has "no immediate and direct application to people, whose health is influenced by a variety of factors beyond those which may be represented in the animal models."

The NIA team compared several groups of mice -- one group was fed normally, one given a calorie-rich diet and another fed once every two days. Certain mice among the three groups were given a dose, strong or weak, of resveratrol.

"Resveratrol has produced significant effects in animal models, now including mice, where it mimics some, but not all, consequences of caloric restriction," said NIA director Richard Hodes.

Smoking cuts life span by nearly five years!!!! OMG!!!!!!

I know its kinda weird for me to put this post in my blog. But i think its useful for everyone.... hehehehe...... Prevention is better than cure....

Smoking cigarettes has the same effect as cutting the life span by close to five years, according to a mortality risk chart released Tuesday in the US Journal of the National Cancer Institute.

"The effect of smoking on the chance of dying is similar to the effect of adding five to 10 years of age," the study said.

"For both men and women, smoking increases the risk of death by nearly the same magnitude as adding five years to a person's age."

The figures were derived by compiling death and health risk statistics from various agencies such as the American Cancer Society and National Center for Health Statistics, and were arranged into 10-year risk charts.

"For example, a 55-year-old man who smokes has about the same 10-year risk of death from all causes as a 65-year-old man who never smoked," it said.

Among women who never smoked, the 10-year risk rates of dying from breast cancer and heart disease were similar until age 60, after which heart disease was the biggest killer.

"For women who currently smoke, the chance of dying from heart disease or lung cancer exceeds the chance of dying from breast cancer from age 40 on."

The study, which aimed to help doctors convey the risks of smoking, was led by Lisa Schwartz of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Vermont.

"We hope that the availability of these simple charts will facilitate physician-patient discussion about disease risk and help people understand where to focus risk reduction efforts," the authors wrote.

Well people have been asking me how am I and do I feel bored at home. Well actually I'm not. I'm enjoying my life right now. Waking up at 12pm and have my lunch.... Muahahaha.... Then go play computer games (I know sitting in front of the computer 24 hours is not good). So i go watch television. Free 1 month trial of Astro On Demand. Wohooo!!! Other than computer and television, i have my thickest(for now) exercise book to do... ya its my toefl iBT book. Imagine 500 pages for me to finish..... My exam is in August... You all think thats still long but time flies....

Sry for not updating my blog. Kinda busy with form 6. Hehehehe..... Well me and my friends went to watch "Superhero" in MBO. The show was damn funny and we were laughing non stop for the whole movie. Alex and Soon Heng laughed the loudest.... Hahahaha..... The show ended about 6.30 and we went to Windmill in Melaka Raya to celebrate Marilyn's, Han Wei's and my birthday. Soon Heng, Hui Kit and Alex was trying to follow the show "Tokyo Drift". Hahahahha.... We went revolving tower and the stupid people told us "Sry the counter has closed. You cant buy any ticket anymore" Alex was kinda pissed off about it...... So we decided to go McD and its was like full house. So we decided to go More Cafe..... We spent about 1 hour there and we went back...

Form 6 Orientation

Its been a while i did not update my blog..... Time flies...... Form 6 orientation finished. 1 more week and im leaving mhs. Woohooo!!!!!! To me, i think the orientation was kinda bad....... I was in group 5..... And its like a disaster...... There's a very big gap between the boys and the girls....... We cant cooperate at all...... Then the activities was kinda lame to me and the worst part is the sketch. Well instead of a sketch my group sang the school song with some rapping and others. I think my rapping was kinda bad but some say it was ok....... And im not going to rap again..... ZZZZZZzzzzzz..... On friday, we were divided to our class. And i was totally shocked when i went to Alpha class(1st class for physics) although im leaving soon..... Well i think my class is the coolest. 11 students in the class. hahahahahaha.... And last but not least, i really miss SFI especially the toilet. To me mhs has 1 of the "best" toilet in malacca... Well thats all for now..... Bye.....

This afternoon i went to a fish shop. There were many types of fish there. I was shocked when i saw a siamese fish (a fish with 2 heads). Well its been a while i had not updated my blog....... Kinda busy...... hehehe........ Today me, alex, loo han, ester, marilyn, lavnya and teck peng went to watch Iron Man. I met them in MBO at 1pm. So we went Shakey's Pizza for our lunch...... At 2.10pm we walked back to MBO for the show. Khuan Yew went MBO to meet us for the show.... The show is so cooollll... I rate it 4 star and its worth to watch...... The show ended about 4 something.... So we went Cold Storage for a walk.... After that we went to the food court to sit down to take a rest..... About 6pm Ester left us and we decided to go back..... Thats all for now.... I wan to finish up my anime..... hehe..... Bb....

Loo Han's Bday Party

I went to harbour club to meet loohan, jude, manoj and tzong meng..... So while waiting for them to get ready, i went swimming for a while.... Tzong Meng went to fetch Stella and loo han's parents fetch us to simply fish..... Thnx Mr. & Mrs. Loo!!!!
We had fun during the birthday party...... And guess what..... We forgot to buy a cake for Loo Han..... So we decided to use oysters that we called to replace the birthday cake... lol...... We hang out at simply fish till 9.00pm..... Oh ya we gave loo han a body glove wallet and something else.....
After that we went to mp to play 2 rounds of daytona...... Wey Guan and Khuan Yew did not follow us to mp.....We took the whole row..... About 8 people... We went to see the pc fair..... Jude wanted to buy a pendrive..... So we followed him..... Around 10.00pm we went back..... I walked to century mahkota to look for my sis.... I went back home about 11.00pm......

Today i went for a tuition. I know you all will be shocked that i still go for tuition. Its TOEFL tuition. Today was my first lesson. I didn't know that TOEFL was so difficult. Its so different from our SPM english. I hope i can still cope with it......

YTM Scholarship Result

Well I am very sad that i didn't get this scholarship. I almost wanted to cry. Sob Sob....... Out of sudden, Marilyn asked me to go to the webside and check something. I went to the webside and i saw "Keputusan Permohonan Biasiswa Persediaan Ke Luar Negara & Pra U MMU". I was nervous. I quickly check whether i got it or not. But when i saw "permohonan anda gagal", my heart broken into pieces and was very sad. Haiz........ T_T. Anyway, i want to thank Marilyn for telling me the news. I really hope that i can get at least a scholarship to further my studies. Keeping my finger cross and wish me luck......

Study Smart

Okay okay....... Since all of you want me to update, I will just tell about study smart program i went last weekend. I learned how to memorize stuff easier and other stuff(can't tell much so that you all can't learn the tactics). I also made lots of friends. I had fun during this program although i was tired and sleepy. On Sunday, I had sore throat thanx to the "yam seng" for 7 times during the SFI reunion dinner. Anyway, i had fun and learned lots of stuff from this program. Hope it will be useful in my university life.

JPA interview

Finally, the day is here... I had my jpa interview today. I woke up at 8am to prepare myself. Later, my dad looked at the address and told me he doesn't know the way. I had a shock in my life!!!! So i called Nicholas immediately to get the directions. Hahahaha... Nick, i'm truly sorry to disturb you so early in the morning and million thanx for your help. When i reached there, I waited for about 40 minutes and i saw steph lim stepping out from her interview room. She looked very excited. They called my name and i was very nervous. I tried to calm myself down but unfortunately i cant... LOL... My topic was "Wawasan 2020" and "Bersatu teguh bercerai roboh". There were 2 debaters in my group. This part was the best. They kept debating to the extend that the interviewers couldn't control themselves but to laugh. Well, i admit that i was crapping all my way during the interview. As my interview ended, I saw Eugene waiting for his turn. Well, I just hope that I'm able to at least obtain a scholarship to further my studies. Keeping my fingers crossed!
